This is a fabulous opportunity for a Classroom Support Assistant who enjoys working on a 1:1 and small group basis with children with a Autism diagnosis and/or associated needs.

This setting is proudly seeking a CSA for a full-time, permanent role (term time only).
Applicants for this role need to be nurturing, patient and committed to making learning accessible to primary and secondary-aged learners with severe and complex diagnoses.
This school is committed to supporting every child offering many routes to success including formal pathways including GCSE and Alevels and also vocational routes.

You would join a committed team and would work collaboratively in small teams to support learners.
No Classes are greater than 10 pupils.

This role is needed on a term time basis, Monday-Friday 08:30-4:30 pm.

All applicants for this position must have the following requirements to be considered:
Teaching Assistant Qualification (desirable but not essential) Relevant teaching Assistant and SEN experience (desirable) GCSE Maths and English or equivalent Eligibility to work in the UK
Responsibilities:
Supporting learners on a 1:1, small group and whole class basis Supporting learners with severe and complex needs Working with the teacher to support the learning objectives
