Previous rally raid experience would be an advantage, but not essential.The role responsibilities include:Build, setup and commissioning of competition cars.Ensuring a consistently high quality of build throughout.Supporting test and event activities.Assisting with fault diagnosis.Working closely with Engineers and Senior Technicians with development work.WHO WE'RE LOOKING FORWe're looking to bring a group of self-motivated team players together with an enthusiastic and positive attitude.You should be educated to technician level and have a thorough understanding of motor vehicles and their systems.You should pride yourself on your attention to detail, and be capable of delivering a high standard of performance and quality whilst working to strict deadlines in a time-sensitive environment.You should have excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for problem solving and implementing solutions with an analytical approach.You should share our determination to deliver a winning performance for the very best results.
