At Caroline Square, we are actively seeking a caring individual to join the team as a Support Worker.
What will I be doing as a Support Worker at Caroline Square?
As a Support Worker you will be working with residents to live independently within the service and local community by
Supporting with personal care tasks including washing, dressing etc.
Supporting with medication administration Supporting with meal preparation Supporting with accessing the local community e.g., Shopping, activities, trips Supporting with day-to-day household duties Supporting with any other day routines our clients have Benefits for the Role Access to WeCare App for 24/7 GP Consultation, Get fit programs, mental wellbeing support, financial guidance and legal guidance NEST Pension Full Induction Training supplied Free uniform Career progression opportunities Fully structured support for all new starters available Full Out of Hours support Other qualifications such as NVQS Paid Shadowing in the field Refer a friend payment (Unlimited Payments) Subject to conditions Shifts Available
We are looking for caring & passionate people to join the team with available shift patterns of 07:00 - 14:00 & 14:00 - 22:00.
