Job overview We are looking for enthusiastic, dynamic and motivated Band 7 Physiotherapists to join the Stroke Team at Maidstone & Tunbridge Wells Trust.
The Trust is delighted that the Maidstone Hospital has been chosen as one of the sites for a Hyper acute Stroke Unit in the Kent and Medway Sustainability Transformation in 2020/21, and the post holders will be integral to this exciting and transformative service.
We are based in the heart of Kent and with easy links from London and the Kent coast.
Main duties of the job An exciting opportunity has come up on the stroke unit physiotherapy team.
This B7 role would be responsible for supervising B4 therapy assistants, B5's and B6's under the supervision of a band 8a clinical specialist.We would support your development through training and experiential learning opportunities with Band 8a and peer support.
The service would welcome an innovative and passionate neuro physiotherapist with a keen eye for quality improvement and evidence-based care.

Basic Bobath course, (1 MSc module.
