Main duties of the job As part of the clerical team, you are the first person that our service users encounter therefore, you must possess excellent communication and organisational skills, be tactful, diplomatic and be able to work both alone and as part of a team in this busy department.The position involves a range of clerical duties including meeting and greeting the service users at the reception area, booking appointments and any other clerical duties required to provide the best service possible for the service users and community.
