Job overview An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full time CAU Team Leader within the Head & Neck Department.
The post will be based at Maidstone but cross site work may be required.You will be highly organised and adaptable and possess experience in administration and leading a team within an acute hospital.
You will need to be able to demonstrate leadership skills as you will be a key point of contact for the Head & Neck Team.
The job will include working with consultants, nursing teams and operational managers.
The ability to organise your day and work as part of a team are required.
Main duties of the job You should be self-motivated and be able to demonstrate good communication and organisational skills, along with a flexible approach to duties.
You will need to be able to work unsupervised and be able to deliver to tight deadlines The applicant should be able to demonstrate an interest to learn new skills.You will be responsible for managing the CAU and Medical Secretaries within the Head and Neck Directorate.
This will involve cross covering when absences/sickness arise, and supporting the staff.Please note that this role may often attract a high level of applications.
