Job summary RoyalBerkshire NHS Foundation Trustat Royal Berkshire Hospital is seeking apassionate Band 6 Radiographer to bring their expertise to its well establishedand supportive multi-disciplinary team.

Main duties of the job Managea workload of patients undergoing radiotherapy ensuring the safe and competent use ofradiation and the highest standard of patient care, ensuring all efficiency targets aremet.
To ensure the RTSM is made aware of any patients who breach activity targets.Provideadvice regarding management of a range of complex radiotherapy related situations.Reportincidents and faults to appropriate staff immediately.
To ensure all machine faults are loggedappropriately.
Deputisefor the Band 7 staff as required.
Workin all areas of the department to maintain all round clinical knowledge andawareness.

Person Specification Experience Essential HCPC Registration Develop own skills and knowledge and participate in the education and training of others as appropriate.
Comply with mandatory training and continuing professional development requirements.
Experience on working in NHS OB departments
