If so, then join our dedicated team in North Lanarkshire as a Relief Support Worker and help people achieve their goals and ambitions.
Your new opportunity
We are currently recruiting Relief Support Workers to join our well-established Adult Supporting Living services in Cumbernauld, Kilsyth, Moodiesburn & Stepps.
We are looking for candidates who have a genuine interest in helping people within their own home/tenancies.
You will be working closely with people who have different interests and providing support with cooking, cleaning, personal care, attending appointments and activities/hobbies they enjoy.
Driving licence is essential.
Relief Support Workers are an asset to our organisation and provide cover during times of annual leave, sickness and additional shift cover as and when required.
You will be expected to commit to a minimum of 2-3 shifts per month and will be provided with training and development opportunities.
We provide 24/7 care to the people we support, therefore shifts vary from early, late and including weekends.
Please not due to the nature of this role it is required that you can drive.
What you will need to bring to the role Compassion and kindness to support people in their day to day lives.
Enthusiasm and self-motivation.
Ability to apply transferable life experience and skills to support and enable individuals.
Excellent problem solver who is driven by positive outcomes.
Resilient, reliable and an excellent listener.
Good IT & communication skills.
A full driving license is essential.

Where applicable, successful candidates will be required to register with the SSSC within three months of start date.
Quarriers have Investors in People Platinum accreditation.
