Quantity Surveyor (Senior)

Job Title: Senior Quantity SurveyorDivision: UK ConstructionLocation: North West Salary & Package: Very Competitive Projects on average will range between 10m - 50m across the various sectors: Leisure, Justice, Defence, Education, Health and Commercial schemes.
Duties:Exposure to the full project lifecycle with involvement across pre-construction through to project deliveryWorking alongside the project delivery team, to ensure the contractual control and cost management of projects across different sectorsManaging the commercial aspects of subcontract accounts from procurement to interim and final account agreementBeing involved with the final account negotiation to ensure the best possible outcomeManage junior Surveyors Skills & experience: Main contractor experience as the SQS within the Construction space Experience of different contract forms Experience on projects ranging between 10m to 50mExperience in establishing, managing and leading a large project teamInterested in the opportunity above?Please contact Sam from the Brighton office today.
