Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Quantity Surveyor/Project Manager at Clearview Developments.
The role involves day-to-day tasks such as cost control, BOQ, cost management, cost planning, cost reporting, procurement and project management.
The role is located across London and the South East and mostly site office based where you will interact with the Project Director and wider team directly.
Qualifications Cost Control, Cost Management, and Cost Reporting skills Experience in BOQ and Cost Planning Strong analytical and numerical skills Excellent project management abilities Attention to detail and accuracy in work Effective communication and negotiation skills Proficiency in relevant software and tools Relevant degree or certification in Quantity Surveying or related field Strong procurement background Adept dealing with building control and the professional team
