Quantity Surveyor

Job Description As a Quantity Surveyor you will be working on high value and critical projects, building relationships with a range of high-profile clients.
The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for: Delivery, as part of a team, of successful commercial outcomes of key projects Commercial responsibilities from contract award through to completion and final account.
Managing variations and changes with customers working as part of an experienced commercial team Developing relations with a range of clients, suppliers, and subcontractors Working closely with internal departments to ensure successful, profitable outcomes.
The Quantity Surveyor will need: Previous experience working as a QS or Assistant QS Construction industry experience in a commercial role Experience of NEC3 or NEC4 contracts Good communication skills with the ability to influence An understanding of fabrication processes is desirable Experience of managing and delivering variations whilst retaining relationships Our client prides itself in the delivery of quality products and services, knowing their people have forged a world-class reputation.
