The client with a annual turnover of £50m is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their team to help expand the business as they have multiple projects currently ongoing as well as at tendering stages.Duties:•Optimising contract profitability •Provide quotations to clients for variations•Comprehensive understanding of Residential Groundworks •Accurate monthly cost and value reports•All other daily tasks performed by a Quantity SurveyorRequirements:•Experience as a Quantity Surveyor in residential groundworks•Time management skills and meeting deadlines•Experience in value engineering•Proficient in all Microsoft packages e.g.
