Quantity Surveyor

Role: Quantity Surveyor Location: Wolverhampton Employment type: Permanent Salary: £45,000-£55,000 - dependent on experience We are recruiting for an established Mechanical & Electrical services company that operates across various sectors, including Industrial, Logistics, Healthcare, and Data Centres.

Key Responsibilities: - Review and manage construction and tender documentation, ensuring cost plans are maintained.
- Procure and manage supplier and sub-contractor packages.
- Prepare monthly valuations and variations, while ensuring subcontractor applications are audited.
- Track labour hours on-site and highlight potential issues.
- Ensure commercial documents and warranties are processed efficiently.
- Attend both internal and external meetings to discuss project progress and address potential disruptions.
Ideal Candidate: - Extensive experience working as a Quantity Surveyor within Mechanical & Electrical or Building Services.
- Strong understanding of the tendering and construction processes.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
