Job Description Job Title: Quantity Surveyor Salary: £35,000- £45,000 dependant on experience | Company Car or Car Allowance | Health Care | Pension 7% | 26 days Holiday with options to buy more | Flexible Working | Location: Warwickshire Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a Main Contractor, managing multiple site-based projects across the Warwickshire region.
The ideal candidate will oversee commercial and contractual management during the post-contract stage of projects.
You will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, contractual requirements are fulfilled, and company standards are consistently maintained.
Essential Requirements:Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within a main contractor setting.
Solid knowledge of JCT contracts.
A degree in Quantity Surveying or 5+ years of relevant industry experience.
Experience in the Education, Healthcare, or Residential sectors.
Familiarity with NEC3 contracts is advantageous.
