Quantity Surveyor

Quantity Surveyor We have an exciting opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join a highly regarded tier 1 main contractor on upcoming schemes near Salisbury.
The business operates out of regional offices with a strong presence in the south of England.
They undertake projects across a range of sectors including commercial, defence, education and leisure with projects ranging in value up to £45mil.
About the role of Quantity Surveyor: As Quantity Surveyor, you will be working within the commercial team, managing sizeable packages within the project.
You will be involved in the project from the early pre-construction phase and will see the project through to completion.
You will be reporting into the commercial lead on the project and will have the opportunity for personal development and growth.
Key Responsibilities as Quantity Surveyor: Involvement in pre-construction activities Sub-contract procurement Dealing with variations / valuations Cost reporting Key Requirements for this Quantity Surveyor position: Be HNC / Degree qualified Have experience working within a main contractor Be a driven and ambitious individual Have the full right to work in the UK and must be able to be security cleared Live within a commutable distance to Salisbury.
