One Construction Group Ltd is excited to partner with a leading UK Specialist Contractor .
This dynamic organisation is renowned for its diverse and unique civil engineering projects, ranging from concrete repairs and enabling works to earthworks and structural repairs.
As the business continues to grow, we are seeking a talented Quantity Surveyor to join our expanding team.
In this role, youll have a strong focus on estimating and will work closely with the Commercial Lead and Regional Director.
As a Quantity Surveyor you willplay a pivotal role in delivering high-calibre civil engineering projects.
What were looking for: A minimum of 5 years of experience in Commercial and/or Estimating roles Experience with a Main Contractor or Consultancy will be considered A solid background in Engineering or as a Quantity Surveyor A genuine passion for the civil engineering and construction sectors Key responsibilities: Providing accurate cost estimates for a wide range of civil engineering projects Developing comprehensive costings and reviewing contract documents Managing and preparing change orders Regularly liaising with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure smooth project delivery Whether you're an experienced Quantity Surveyor looking for a fresh challenge or a Site Engineer eager to transition into a more estimating/commercial-focused role, we'd love to hear from you.
