Company Description Liquid Roofing Specialist Company Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Quantity Surveyor at Weatherwell Roofing Ltd in Anglesey.
The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for handling cost planning, tender documentation, and contract administration, ensuring projects are completed within budget, and providing financial insights to project teams. Qualifications Strong analytical and numerical skills Excellent knowledge of construction methods and materials Effective communication and negotiation abilities Proficiency in relevant software such as CostX and Bluebeam Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related field Relevant professional certification (e.g., MRICS) is a plus
