Key Responsibilities of the Quantity Surveyor: Delivering projects from inception to completion.
Providing cost advice and management across various project types.
Collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
Provide cost planning and estimation throughout the project lifecycle.
Produce estimates and conduct budget reviews across various sectors.
Collect and analyse data to define client and stakeholder needs.
Create Analysis and Benchmarking Reports to promote value for money.
Champion innovation both within our organisation and on the client side.
Lead and support the development of tools that integrate data and dashboards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements of the Quantity Surveyor: Strong PQS background with relevant industry qualifications.
Ideally 4-5+ years of post-graduation experience in quantity surveying.
Experience across diverse sectors would be ideal.
Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
Time management skills.
Commercial awareness.
Pre and post contract experience.
Chartered member of RICS or working towards it.
