Project Valuations : Conduct valuations and manage applications for payment throughout the project lifecycle.
Change Order Pricing : Price and manage any changes in project scope, maintaining profitability and client satisfaction.
Subcontractor Engagement : Prepare orders, manage subcontractor relationships, and handle associated paperwork.
Client Billing : Prepare and submit applications for client payments, ensuring all requirements are met under JCT contract terms.
Risk Management : Identify and manage project risks in collaboration with the project management team.
