Quantity Surveyor

SENIOR / QUANTITY SURVEYORKENTO'Neill & Brennan are working with a leading Developer, who have an immediate requirement for a Senior / Quantity Surveyor to work on a 9 month contract on a project based in Kent.The project for this position is a £35m new build residential development, consisting of hundreds of units and due to be ongoing for another year.
You will be site based full time with a commercial team and report directly into the Managing Quantity Surveyor.Your duties as a Quantity Surveyor will be cost management, price variations and subcontractor accounts.
