Quantity Surveyor

Job Description My client are a well established construction contractor that work on mostly D&B negotiated contracts up to £25million and have the ideal position for an autonomous No1 Quantity Surveyor.
\n Although you'll be reporting to a Roaming Managing Surveyor, the position will be very independent and someone that is able to run the project their way.
\n Attributes my client look for include: \n \n Current or previous experience commercially surveying your own project up to £25million \n Would consider a Number 2 QS working on a larger scheme that now wants to run their own contract \n Could also consider time served commercial candidates working for well established sub-contractors, that now want to work on the other side of the fence \n Outside of residential, would consider commercial candidates who have built across various sectors \n A commercially astute Surveyor who is technically aware and has a good grasp of operational performities \n Someone who has worked on pre-construction of their said projects, before going out to deliver what they promised to the client \n \n As above, this role would really suit someone who wants to work outside of London, living in the geographical patches of motorways including M1, M11, M40 and other associated A Roads.
\n Depending on experience, my client would look to pay £65k to £80k plus package for the right person.
