Level: Assistant Quantity Surveyor/Quantity Surveyor/Senior Quantity Surveyor Adeo are a highly reputable cost consultancy established over 27 years, providing commercial support services to the Civils Sector throughout the life cycle of a project or framework, from design inception and procurement to final account agreement.
Operating throughout the UK, we have a multi-disciplined in-house team of Quantity Surveyors, Estimators, Planners, Project Managers, Risk Specialists and Claim Consultants giving you access to specialist skills and expertise.
With options for a fully managed service provision or a single discipline, we deliver a tailored resource solution to meet your project needs.
Responsibilities · Preparation of contract budgets and cash flows
· Control of sub contract accounts
· Preparation of final accounts
· Preparation of cost and value reconciliations
· Attend site meetings
· General contract administration
· Preparation of material schedules
· Preparation of monthly valuations
· Be totally familiar with the client brief and act in accordance with that
· Undertake jobs and responsibilities in a professional and business-like manner
· Honour client and Adeo business confidentialities
Requirements NEC Experience - Option C/E preferable Procurement Experience Subcontractor Management Able to produce a report of actual performance (CVR's) against budget on projects.
Able to maximise reclaimable value on a project.
Excellent team player whilst also holding the ability to work independently on own initiative Excellent time management skills, with ability to work to tight deadlines.
