Job DescriptionFreelance Quantity Surveyor (Intermediate or Senior)Location: LeicesterEngagement: FreelanceRate: £350 - £400 per day (dependent on experience)Payment Method: LTD or CIS Start Date: January 2025 Duration: 18 Months Our client, who is a very successful civils contractor has an excellent opportunity for an intermediate level or senior quantity surveyor to join the business on a freelance basis.The project you will be overseeing is in Leicester and will cover both highways and structures.You need to have a good experience within NEC and managing subcontractors.
The successful candidate will have a good civil engineering background, ideally with exposure to highways and structures with proven level of experience of being commercially savvy and proactive.
Good knowledge of NEC is essential.
