Collaborate with Housing Associations, third-party providers, and subcontractors to manage contracts and ensure compliance.
Lead the procurement of subcontract trades, securing the best value.
Analyse and report on development costs and advise on cost-saving opportunities.
Mentor and develop junior team members, ensuring adherence to company policies.
Maintain strong communication with operational teams and stakeholders to meet regional business objectives.
What Were Looking For: A relevant qualification or substantial experience in Quantity Surveying.
Proficient in COINS and MS Excel.
Strong commercial and technical construction knowledge.
Understanding of codes of practice, including Building Regulations, NHBC, HSE, and CDM Regulations.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Flexibility to travel to sites as required.
