Quantity Surveyor

QUANTITY SURVEYORHERTFORDSHIREO'Neill & Brennan are working with a leading Tier 1 Contractor, who have an immediate requirement for a Quantity Surveyor to work on a 6-12 month contract on a project in Hertfordshire.The project for this position is a £55m new build leisure centre, consisting of a gym, swimming pool with slides, dance studio, and more exciting facilities.
You will be site based full time with a commercial team and report directly into the Lead Quantity Surveyor.Your duties as a Quantity Surveyor will be cost management, price variations and subcontractor accounts.
