Job Opportunity: Quantity Surveyor Location: Banbury Sector: Residential Groundworks Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a strong background in residential groundworks ?
Join one of the UK's leading groundworks contractors and play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality residential and commercial developments.
About the Role: As a Quantity Surveyor, you will: Manage and oversee the financial aspects of multiple groundworks projects.
Prepare and submit valuations, variations, and final accounts.
Build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Provide accurate financial reporting and cost forecasting.
What We're Looking For: Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the groundworks or civil engineering sector.
Knowledge of residential groundworks is essential.
Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in relevant software, including cost management tools.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Full UK driving license.
