Presently, we require an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our site team to work across a diverse range of projects.
Reporting to the Managing QS and working closely with the Operational Team you will be responsible for the delivery and management of a variety of projects as well as providing regular updates on the performance of on-going projects.
Your day-to-day role; ?
Establish,maintain andenhance, effective working relationships ?
Prepare monthly Cost Value Reconciliation reports ?
Work closely with Project Management and site teams ?
Preparing,submitting,and agreeing Interim Valuations ?
Attend weekly/monthly project reviews ?
Prepare weekly/monthly reports ?
Identify,notify and value change ?
Procurement of subcontractors, plant and materials ?
Monthly sub-contractor payment certification, agreement of variations / final accounts.

Ensuring required Payment/ Pay-less notices are issued.
?
Attend Client progress meetings ?
Assist with preparation of Extension of Time and Los & Expense Submissions ?
Submission & Negotiation of Final Accounts Requirements The following information aims to provide potential candidates with a better understanding of the requirements for this role.

Degree educated in Quantity Surveying or similar.
?
5years experience in Civil Engineering / Infrastructure preferable.
?
NEC experience.
?
Strong commercial attitude, negotiation skills and excellent communication are essential.
?
Motivated, driven and works well within team.
