Key Responsibilities: Contribute to all aspects of quantity surveying, including cost management, contract administration, and financial reporting.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring effective communication and negotiation to maximize profits.
Prepare and review tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities, and other documentation.
Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations to mitigate potential issues.
Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements: Proven experience as at least an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, with an understanding of contractual dealings and dispute resolution.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
Relevant qualifications in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
