This opportunity is working on residential & commercial fit out & refurb schemes.
Job role: Quantity Surveyor Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 + package (DOE) Duration: Permanent Location: London/Middlesex Quantity Surveyor responsibilities: Prepare tender and contract documents Estimate material quantities, costs, labour, etc Undertake cost analysis Arrange payments and value completed works Knowledge and skills: Strong communication skills Experience working for a Subcontractor Ability to work under pressure ans use own initiative Proven experience in a Quantity Surveyor/Commercial Management role Knowledge of construction and commercial awareness To apply please submit your CV and our team will contact you.
