Responsibilities Formulate Subcontract Tenders and see through to chairing Pre-let meetings and finalising Subcontract OrdersManage Subcontractors commercially ensuring relevant responses are issued in accordance with the contractIssue and manage commercial aspects of the contract with the client and or client's agent including agreeing valuations / final accounts and identifying / issuing notices as appropriateAble to analyse and understand bills of quantities, drawings, and contract documentsKey Requirements for the ideal Senior Quantity SurveyorMinimum 10 years' experience working with a Main ContractorDesign and Build Experience with both JCT and NEC (NEC not essential)Preferred value of projects £2-£10 millionExperience with Care Homes and Social Housing preferred but not essentialExperience running own projects To Apply: Please apply via the website/job board or send your CV directly to .
