Day to Day:General Quantity Surveying and Estimating Duties, Valuations and Variations, Cost Reporting, Negotiations, Appointing Sub-Contractors.
Requirements: Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying / Construction Related.
3+ years post qualification experience working as a Quantity Surveyor.
Experience in residential builds and commercial projects.
Good working knowledge of construction contracts.
Experienced at Estimating and Sub-Contractor Management.
Full drivers licence and proficient on MS Office.
