Quantity Surveyor Dungannon £30k to £50k Benefits:Full time permanent, 37.5 hours, early Friday finish, 29 days holiday, Medical insurance, Pension, Bonus, Laptop, Mobile.
Day to Day:Cost estimates, budgets, and cost plans, Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors, Monitor and control project costs.
Requirements: Degree in Quantity Surveying with 2+ years experience.
Experience in all areas of Construction and Construction Documentation.
Strong knowledge of construction cost estimation, budgeting, and financial control.
Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for quantity surveying.
UK Driving Licence and be able to travel with the role when needed.
