Job DescriptionQuantity Surveyor This is a great opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a well established subcontractor within the Construction sector.
The company is a well established local Sub Contractor who occasionally branch out to other regions within the Construction sector.
They are currently looking to expand their commercial team in the Darlington office.
This is predominantly office based with site visits as and when required, mainly in the North East Region.

Key responsibilities for this Quantity Surveyor role: - Tendering - Valuations - Reporting - Costing - Site Visits when required Experience required for this Quantity Surveyor role: - Minimum 2 years of experience - Ideally Construction experience - Ideally some knowledge of main contractors - Driving licence Package offered for this Quantity Surveyor role: - Basic Salary up to 45k depending on experience.
