Responsibilities :Oversee subcontractor relationships, tenders, and project budgets.Conduct cost reviews, profit/loss analyses, and produce CVR reports.Implement effective cost control measures and manage the supply chain.Build strong relationships with stakeholders and mitigate risks.Ensure accurate contract administration and timely payment processing.Requirements:Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in any industry.Strong commercial acumen, analytical skills, and attention to detail.Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities.Enthusiasm to transition into or grow within the housebuilding sector.This is a fantastic chance to advance your career with a leading company in Cumbria.
