Quantity Surveyor

Overview : We are looking for two experienced Quantity Surveyors to join a well-established Cardiff team.
This role is perfect for professionals with a stable work history and a keen interest in rail and infrastructure projects .
Experience with NEC contracts is desirable but not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities : Undertake pre- and post-contract activities, including budgeting, cost analysis, and change management.
Prepare estimates, tender documents, and cost reports.
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of projects.
