Quantity Surveyor

Elevation Recruitment Group are currently working with a specialist manufacturing company who are looking for a Quantity Surveyor.
The company design, manufacture and install a variety of products.

The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for: Managing the commercial aspects of multiple concurrent projects Agreeing and managing payment schedules Assisting with the commercial set up of contractual agreements Managing payment plans to ensure cash flow is maximised Collating and producing financial reports and maintaining contract administration Sourcing and managing subcontract payments and agreements The Quantity Surveyor will need: Previous experience in a Quantity Surveyor or in a general commercial role such as estimation or procurement Experience of managing payments Good communication skills Experience of working in a project driven environment Excellent attention to detail with strong organisational and time management skills.
