Quantity Surveyor

Quantity Surveyor Belfast Competitive Salary Details: Monday to Thursday 8am to 5pm, Early Friday Finish, Healthcare, Pension, 1 Day WFH, 30 Days Holiday, Uniform.
Day to Day:General Quantity Surveying and Estimating Duties in Build / M&E.
Projects: Commercial, Education, Healthcare, Heritage, Hospitality & Leisure, Life Sciences & Residential through their Major Projects, Facilities Management & Specialist Projects divisions.
Requirements: 5+ years post qualification experience working as a Quantity Surveyor.
Experience from a Construction or M&E background.
Be able to negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers.
Contract Management, Cost Reporting and Financial Statements.
Excellent time management and organisational skills.
Full drivers licence and proficient on MS Office.
