Quantity Surveyor

Role: Quantity Surveyor Location: hybrid WFH/office based in Aylesbury (remote work can be considered) As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be reporting to the Head of Commercial and will assist the team in complying with all commercial processes and procedures to ensure a successful project outcome.
The successful candidate will need to provide evidence of recent project experience within the roofing, residential or commercial sector.
You will be working on both New Build and Refurbishment projects, maintaining financial control of the job from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities: Review all subcontract documents Pre and Post -Tender.
Provide risk analysis reports and minimize any risks associated.
Issuing contractual letters/ emails as required.
Provide support/advice in all commercial activities to the Projects Managers.
Prepare on-time monthly valuations following site measurements and work-in-progress reviews.
Build, manage & maintain relationships with clients, contractors, other construction professionals, suppliers, and site staff.
Skills Required: There will be a requirement to visit sites, so a full UK driving licence is required.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Excellent IT skills with particular proficiency in Excel.
