I have an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join an award-winning housebuilder on a permanent basis, based from their offices in Oxford and working on projects within that region.
The company has been around for approximately 20 years, and during this time they have evolved into one of the leading housebuilders in the country, with regional offices across the South East of England.
Their developments range from large family homes and luxury houses for growing families to city centre apartments.
They are quality-focused and are recognized as one of the leading, most trusted providers of quality homes throughout the UK.
They are an extremely busy business with a lot of work currently ongoing, and much more in the pipeline.
They are looking to strengthen their commercial team by bringing in an experienced Quantity Surveyor that has extensive experience working on new build residential projects for a reputable housebuilder.
The Quantity Surveyor will need to have a proven track record of working autonomously on concurrent new build residential projects and have excellent all-round commercial skills.
The role will be split between the office in Oxfordshire and sites within the M1/M4 quadrant and as far into London as the North Circular.
