Quantity Surveyor – Civil / HighwaysSalary: £35 - 45,000 + pkg

We are currently seeking a Quantity Surveyor to work for a Main Civil Engineering Contractor who specializes in a variety of civil engineering sectors with a primary focus on infrastructure, Highways and Rail-based projects.
The role will be based on a project on the south coast and work within the regional business unit.
My client is a multi-million-pound contractor with over 50 years of industry experience and a great reputation across the country.
If successful, you will be joining a contractor with dedicated staff that works closely with their clients to understand their requirements and objectives to deliver quality projects that are innovative, sustainable, and exceed expectations.
Minimum Qualifications: Degree Qualified in Civil EngineeringProgressed steadily from an Engineering backgroundPreviously worked in Civil sectorsChartered or working towards ChartershipExperience of managing a team of on-site staff (engineers, foreperson, etc.
)Roles & Responsibilities: The preparation of Valuations/Applications for PaymentThe preparation of Cost Reports to the ClientThe preparation and management of subcontract and material procurement schedulesThe administration of subcontractor/supplier accountsContract administration, including change management and maintaining associated registersApply For This JobTitle
