Quantitative Researcher – Systematic Equities London | Up to £450k Total Comp + Flexibility We're searching for an ambitious Quantitative Researcher with a passion for systematic equities to join a cutting-edge team at a leading hedge fund.

As part of a collaborative team, you'll contribute to developing sophisticated trading strategies and execution models, with a direct impact on performance.
What You'll Do: Conduct in-depth research and development focused on cash equities execution.
Collaborate with the Portfolio Manager to optimise trading costs through analytical modelling.
Monitor live trading activity, ensuring optimal execution across multiple exchanges.
Skills We're Seeking: Proficiency in Python, with strong abstract reasoning and problem-solving abilities.
Background in monitoring and improving live trading systems.
A degree in Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or similar field from a top-tier university.
Familiarity with reinforcement learning is a plus.
Your Profile: 2+ years of quantitative research experience focused on systematic equities.
A curious, self-starting approach to exploring and deploying high-frequency trading signals.
