We're looking for a Research Manager (or top end SRE) with quantitative experience to join one of the industries best healthcare teams
About the Role As a Research Manager , you'll:
Manage the end-to-end delivery of quantitative research projects, from design to execution.
Collaborate with clients to design innovative studies that address their business challenges.
Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a culture of growth and development.
Build trusted client relationships through strong delivery and partnership.
About the team Within the specialist healthcare unit within a top-tier research agency, covering everything from general medicine to rare diseases, vaccines, and medical devices.

What We're Looking For A passion for healthcare and a strong interest in working across diseases and pharmaceutical brands.
Experience in quantitative research (some qualitative experience a plus).
Familiarity with the principles of ad-hoc research and designing studies to meet client needs.
A proactive approach to developing client relationships through exceptional delivery.
An ability to thrive on complex briefs, turning them into engaging, impactful results.
