Bringing Ingenuity to Life.Job DescriptionAs a Consultant Analyst in the Quantitative Research team, your role is essential in guiding successful delivery of client work.
Whilst you're still expected to be honing your Quantitative research skills, you should be confident in the basics, and consistently delivering high-quality work across the project lifecycle with limited senior input; from project set-up and management, to survey development and report-writing.
You may also be responsible for supporting and managing junior colleagues on projects.
Essentially, this role is about demonstrating confident, consistent competency in your core skills as a Quantitative researcher, and showing a strong desire to lead more and more parts of projects (e.g.

We're looking for a Consultant Analyst to join our team who is looking to have more responsibility in the project lifecycle, and can bring fresh, new ideas, whilst showcasing confidence in delivery.Key Consultant Analyst responsibilities:Confidently owning project management – including document management, supplier liaison, managing fieldwork, meeting management (booking, taking notes)Survey development – taking ownership of significant chunks of survey development, with some senior directional input, ensuring questions and answer options, survey structure and logic are all fit for purposeFieldwork management – driving link checking, fieldwork monitoring and quota sheet management, establishing data processing specs and analysis plansAnalysis and reporting – Leading parts of analysis sessions, confidently developing insights and narratives, using data and charts to create report section(s) that demonstrate these narratives, confidently presenting report section(s) to clientsInternal contribution – helping set-up and manage team sessions, leading parts of internal initiatives, networking, driving thought leadership, sharing new and emerging Quantitative research methodologies / suppliersFlexible working - We are guided by our client work and needs; however, you have autonomy to manage your time and diary to suit your work/life balance.Recruiter to completeQualificationsEssential requirements:Demonstrable experience in supporting the successful delivery of projects, including leading some aspects of project work; this will include set-up and management, survey development, analysis and report writingClient facing skills; you will have experience confidently managing clients and building rapport with themExperience of projects across multiple sectors (we work with some of the world's biggest names across a range of industries including technology, social media, retail, travel, entertainment and financial services) and on different project typesProfessional operator; we deliver to tight timelines and so you'll need excellent project management, problem solving and prioritisation skillsExcellent communicator with great interpersonal skills; whether working as part of a team to meet a demanding new brief, or explaining a finding to a client, being able to make the most from your interactions with people is absolutely central to success in this roleDesirable additions:Can confidently use data analytics software (e.g.
