About the Role: Our client is searching for an experienced Senior Quantitative Manager to join their London office.
This role involves leading high-stakes projects for top financial institutions and ensuring regulatory compliance in line with regulations and standards.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with extensive model development expertise who enjoys a collaborative environment and values ownership in their work.
What You'll Do: Drive model development and governance projects, aligning with PRA, ECV and Basel regulations.
Provide expert guidance on regulatory changes, advising clients on risk governance and model compliance.
Mentor junior team members while fostering a client-focused approach.
Play an active role in business development by building and sustaining client relationships.

Qualifications: Master's or PhD in a relevant quantitative field.
At least 7 years of experience in quantitative analysis and model development, with recent work in regulatory compliance.
Strong knowledge of BaFin, ECB, and EBA regulations.
Prior consultancy experience or demonstrated client engagement skills.
