Role OverviewWe are on the lookout for a permanent dynamic Quality Technician to join our client's team.
Reporting into the Senior Quality Engineer you will support operations driving internal and external quality issues.
Working 40-hour week on 3 shift rotation: afternoons (14:00-22:00), mornings (06:00-14:00) and nights (22:00-06:00).As a Quality Technician your role will consist of:Ensure working & master samples are valid and available for productionIssue and monitor Quality Alerts and ensure they are being adhered toInitiate temporary/permanent fix to quality problemsEnsure audits on product have been conductedAssist customer for concerns on shiftVisit customer when requiredSupport line trialsGlobal 8D reporting - using multifunctional team supportUnderstanding IATF16949, ISO 9001 quality standardsAbility to understand engineering drawingsAble to generate informative and accurate data Qualifications, Skills, and Experience ONC (or equivalent) in Q/C TechniquesWorking knowledge of FMEA's and control plansProcess & Product Audit experienceMetrology ExperienceX-rite colour measurementAPQP understandingGood communicator at all levels within the businessPC skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point and ProjectKnowledge of Paint, Plastic and Assembly high volume processes If this sounds like you, then apply now!
