Quality Technician

Principal Purpose Assist Quality Lead(s) to resolve Quality issues within production and operations.
Ensure products meet Customer requirement and product specifications Support in handling customer complaints, corrective action and feedback Carry out laboratory test/inspection and report/rectify non-conformance issues.
Support maintenance of Integrated Business Management Systems Involved with and conduct internal and external audits / audit systems Write reports and provide information to management Liaise and communicate with other departments Commercial and financial awareness with a full understanding of how failure impacts business financials, customer satisfaction and future orders.
Ensure all incidents of non-conformance are recorded.
