Location: Stevenage Shift Pattern: 12-Hour Rotating Shifts (Days & Nights) Shift Times: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM (Days) & 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM (Nights) Environment: Chilled (Cold Storage) Benefits: Opportunities for training and career development Regular shift rotations providing work-life balance Be part of a growing and supportive team in a leading food production company Club Quest Key Responsibilities: Conduct routine quality checks on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods Ensure compliance with food safety regulations Document and report any deviations from quality standards, taking corrective action where necessary Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of quality checks and processes Collaborate with production and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations Calibrate and maintain quality control equipment Support internal and external audits as required Requirements: Previous experience in a Quality Technician or similar role, ideally in the food production industry Knowledge of food safety regulations and standards Strong attention to detail and excellent record-keeping skills Comfortable working in a cold/chilled environment Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts, rotating between days and nights Ability to work independently and as part of a team If you're a motivated Quality Technician with a passion for maintaining high food safety standards, apply now to join our dynamic team!
