If so, we invite you to join our team as a Quality Systems Officer at LloydsPharmacy Clinical Homecare.Role PurposeAs a Quality Systems Officer, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting and maintaining a robust Quality Management System (QMS) across all our sites, ensuring compliance with industry standards such as MHRA GMP, GDP, and ISO 9001.
You will collaborate closely with internal departments and external stakeholders to deliver a customer-focused, effective QMS service while driving continuous improvement across the organisation.Key Responsibilities QMS Management: Ensure the Quality Management System is compliant and fit for purpose across all sites.
Maintain document control, validate systems, and assist with product recalls when required.
Root Cause Analysis & CAPA: Oversee the effectiveness of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs), monitor non-conformance reports, and drive improvements in risk management.
Training & Development: Support the creation and delivery of GMP training, fostering a culture of continuous development and quality improvement.
Audits & Compliance: Assist in internal and external audits, providing recommendations to mitigate risks and ensure ongoing compliance.
