Package: Salary range £29,640 - £35,460 ( depending on your suitability, qualifications, and level of experience)

Let us introduce the role AWE is currently recruiting for a Quality Support Practitioner to support quality in the delivery of requirements and objectives through the development, implementation and continuous improvement of policy, standards, and associated processes by offering technical coordination and administrative support.
This role is ideally suited to someone with a background in quality or business administration who is meticulous, well organised and has great interpersonal skills.
Working within one of our manufacturing areas, the successful candidate will be required to undertake planning and administration of technical/non-technical tasks in support of quality and operational deliverables while working to create, coordinate, and analyse records, reports, and data.
In addition, you will also support the development and design of new systems, working with a variety of teams to ensure the smooth certification of our products by ensuring the data is gathered and configured correctly.
We do need you to have the following: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with cross functional staff and external/internal stakeholders at all levels. Advanced administration skills e.g., word processing, organisation, managing multiple tasks, etc. Advanced analytical skills and able to work with and interpret large data sets. Good problem solving and analytical skills. BTEC Qualification or equivalent in a STEM related role, or relevant experience of working within a Quality, Operational or Business Management team working in highly regulated industry and organisations. Competent with standard Microsoft packages including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Visio, etc. Maintain and promote high personal standards in environment, safety, health, security, and quality and be a great team player. Whilst not to be considered a tick list, we'd like you to have experience in some of the following: Advanced verbal, written & communication skills. Developing and supporting key performance indicators. Database configuration and document management. Knowledge of lifetime quality records and certification of products. The development and execution of Quality and operational improvement plans. You'll need to have the ability to work calmly and constructively in a priority changing environment and be able to manage your own workload. You will also have initiative, enthusiasm, a flexible approach, and ability to work to tight deadlines.
