About the Role: As Quality Supervisor, you will be a pivotal technical presence on the factory floor, leading a team of Quality Technicians and ensuring continuous improvement in processes.
Responsibilities: -Overseeing compliance with food safety, HACCP, and official standards.
-Investigating complaints and non-conformances, implementing solutions to prevent recurrence.
-Providing support to the QA Manager on a variety of quality-related initiatives.
-Preparing for and participating in external audits, such as BRC and retailer assessments.
-Delivering targeted training to upskill the quality team.
Requirements: -At least 2 years of experience in a Quality role within the food industry.
-A proven track record of managing and developing a quality-focused team.
-Strong working knowledge of HACCP, food safety regulations, and standards such as BRC.
-Experience working with ambient products is an advantage but not essential.
-Exceptional problem-solving and organizational skills to drive continuous improvement.
Salary: £30,000-£35,000 The ideal candidate will be working in a similar position within food production.
